PAYMENT OPTIONS
MEDICARE MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN
Currently, under a GP referred Mental Health Care Plan, the Medicare rebate is $141.85, with the remainder gap fee to be covered by the client of $78.15.

Currently, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per year.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Many private health funds reimburse for psychological treatment. Please consult with your fund on this.

We do not process private health rebates, but we can provide an invoice for you to claim with your private health provider.
NDIS
Self-managed or plan-managed NDIS clients can access psychological treatment through Melissa Ford Psychology. The current NDIS cost for a 50 minute session is $222.99.
POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note the following cancellation fees apply:
When less than 24 hours'Â notice is given for a cancelled session, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
When less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Medicare does not cover cancellation fees.
